There’s no problem with not being able to pay for the item if there is a valid excuse I am a very considerate seller to my buyers. But it’s not acceptable to not respond to messages esp it is obvious that you are online.

Made an offer and it was accepted. Buyer did not respond afterward even when she's online.

Offered on January 10 for a lower price so I declined. Offered again on the same day with my price, offer accepted. Asked for details if meet up or shipping, message was ignored. Asked for update on January 11, seen and ignored. Asked for another update on January 12 and said he's/she's going to pass now. Why offer without the intention of getting the item? You already offered twice.
