I apologize for the delay in delivery. If I had known about the time constraint earlier, this could have been avoided. The buyer didn’t accept a refund, so I sourced the same item from another Carousell seller. That seller was late, and buyer said the plush had defects and no packaging. These issues should’ve been raised on the spot. I was not the final seller and regret not insisting on a refund.
