ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. From the beginning Itold the buyer I allow COD where I do not pay for shipping. I offered a courier that allows this kind of COD, but the buyer insisted I used LBC. She made me go to LBC man times as she asked many questions, I told her LBC does not have COD and asks me to pay before shipping. The buyer continues to tell me to ship it even if explained I do not pay sf.

Seller doesn't understand LBC cod or cop process, or at least be open about it. The fact that my payment stayed long in her hands is enough for me to lose trust on her payment/money making schemes. And worse, took a while to refund insisting even on a 50% deduction. Dapat kasama na sa presyo mo yung courier inquiry services mo, or at least be knowledgeable about it. Why are you asking it to be shouldered by the buyer?
