It is a used set instead of new as what the listing suggested. It is obviously not "only used once". The rubber at the back is very much wear off, and lots of user marks (the darker spot on the center of each single button), lots of small scratches, and the spacebar is almost flat! Gosh how do ppl become so dishonest nowadays. Spend another $4 (which total is $8) traveling for a $10 refund sounds stupid to me myself. Recycle bin is where it belongs to and I treat this as a lesson
