Left my mum's number and specific instructions to this person to message her 30 mins before arrival. This person claimed he did but later said he did not. Perhaps he got the number wrong, who knows. Fixed collection to be from 6-6.30 but there was no response even after 7pm. No updates. We can't put our lives on hold just to wait for people to pick up our stuff. Learn to be punctual, or not.

Turned out to be a Carousell glitch. Sorry that you had to travel so far for nothing. Appreciate the kind gesture, perhaps it was just not meant to be. Carousell, pls fix your app to avoid such misunderstandings!
