I originally started my transaction process with this buyer with a lot of trust and positivity. But she turned out to be a overly picky, presumptuous & accusatory buyer who insisted my authentic, greatly price-reduced IKEA items did not live up to her expectations based on stock pictures I used, only because they were not the same shade of wood as the BN ones she'd just purchased herself from IKEA. Buyers like that degrade the carousell experience. Stay away.

Dishonest seller who misled buyers with stock picture. The colour of shelf in the picture totally differ from the real life. If she has integrity as claimed, a real picture would have been used instead of using a stock picture. It is obvious that the items she sold is the old design and she does not have the knowledge to differentiate them yet she puts the blame on customer for being fussy. FYI I have bought IVAR shelf from other sellers and had no issues with them as theirs are true to picture
