The review is not telling the truth. It made it sound as if I forgot to mail it out for days and I needed a “reminder” from the buyer to mail it out. To clarify, I had told the buyer I would ship it out on Monday or Tuesday and I shipped it out on Tuesday morning. So I’m not sure which part of the interaction was a “reminder” and why the buyer felt that he/she reminded me to ship when I shipped it within the promised timeframe without needing any “reminder” from the buyer.
