Understanding n patience lady!! However, item described as brand new, not used and in plastic, turn out to be opened, used and with missing handle. Claimed that she's not aware as it was bought back like that. However, pictures of items inside box were taken but all flaws were hidden. Unhappy that time was wasted to travel all the way to tanah merah to self collect.

Very very friendly and nice lady who traded her book with my wristlet and didn't become angry when she discovered some yellow stains on the wristlet although I did not notice and tell her before the trade. We completed the trade in just a few days (rlly quick!) and the trade went real smoothly.
