Very sincere seller who sells authentic Lojel luggages. Bought the cubo large from him, and he was genuine and knowledgeable in sharing the difference between v1 and v2. He gave me a good deal for the luggage too which I’m very appreciative of. Prompt and fast response which made the entire process very fuss free and easy for each other. Thank you, will definite be back to purchase more from you!

I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could!! Very friendly seller, patient with all my questions and even sends me photos to see the different luggage for me to make comparison. Very delighted when they could deliver so fast too! Price is lower than retail! Highly recommended pls buy from them too.

Ease of communicating with seller via chat. Made a deposit for self-collection. Went to the physical shop (easy to locate at the mall) on a different day to collect and pay the remaining amount. Seller is friendly and helpful. She also reminded me to register for my luggage warranty. I am happy with their service and my purchase. Thank you!

Seller is helpful and prompt in replying messages. I went to their shop to see the 28” Lojel luggage and purchased it on the spot. I wanted a 20” luggage and had already bought one prior to my visit to this shop. If not, I could have bought another luggage from them as the quality and price are good. The shop is located at Lucky Plaza, #01-14. Worth a visit.
