Item was advertised as “lightly used,” but arrived stained and dirty. Seller denied responsibility and kept the money. Avoid dealing with this person, or if you buy something, avoid delivery or meeting outside the seller’s home, they deliberately deal this way to make returns very difficult. This Is a person with no sense of integrity or decency. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

Hey, just to clarify — the item is bulky, so collection was at my place. This lets buyers fully inspect it before deciding and avoid misunderstandings after. Everyone’s standards can be a bit different, so it’s important to be satisfied at the point of sale. For this reason, we don’t do refunds or returns as they’re time-consuming and preventable with proper inspection. I think it’s fair to say both sides have a responsibility to ensure everything is clear at the point of sale.
