This is the first bad review I've given on carousell. Seller failed to show the poor condition of one of the items. I paid for it and the postage. When I pointed out, they told me so cheap, no point returning it and if I want to refund, got to pay postage again, so two lots of postage for nothing but trouble my time. A simple sincere apology wud've been nicer than saying nevermind it's cheap?!

1stly, I never said too cheap no point to return. U mentioned the condition is so poor, I only justified that condition in general should be OK. 2ndly, I agree to refund if u want to throw it, but u asked for mailing back and postage on me, I didn't get the point. I apologise didn't check well and highlight to you the condition, but I have been honest that it's used book, and I never reject to give refund
