Came down specifically to meet buyer to collect laundry rack. He came, took a look at our laundry rack, opened up the gear and said he couldn’t buy it because it wasn’t the model he wanted. Did not even mention or check with us beforehand on model etc. wasted our time traveling down and No apologies given. Please do not deal with him.

Hv 2 set record straight bc this is so 1 sided Hse was on reno they had reasons to visit, how else to deal w/o bringing out item ? Can't tell model by pics n dun tink they know. Not my 1st rack had past experience. Try 2 see side gear to rescue deal but was pushed to pay 1st so told them it was fine by me. Did not open cover. Ask b4 coming was told 2m long when measured was 1.8m. Kept my cool thru-out while "sial" meaning "dxxbaxs" was used on me. No right to say not to deal with me.
