She just ditched me for twice. Slow response, not responsible, unreliable

I think it's not the first time she ditched in the last min. We agreed to meet at a time but she told me she's not even on her way when it's the agreed time to meet. At the end she didn't show up. And she said she would transfer the money to me to secure the transaction, she didn't either. We exchanged numbers but she just disappeared afterwards. Very unreliable.
