Newly purchased Isomil stage 3
S$38
Unpleasant experience with an extremely demanding buyer - neither reasonable nor appreciative. Due to an unfortunate courier damage, there was slight spillage within the unopened pdt - packaging was still sealed. Expanded close to 2 hours now to seek a resolution with courier out of good will, while entertaining constant whatsapp texts from buyer. Refused request for full refund due to buyer's poor attitude and basis of facts. Happy to initiate a full refund if buyer hasn't been self entitled.
