The seller uses delay tactics to refund money by stating that he will be overseas and pushes refund date and then claims that you take 2weeks to return the item. If seller used the actual picture of the Christmas tree instead of another higher quality tree, he would have any problems in returning the tree because no one would buy it. Imagine would you buy a Super Supreme pizza from Pizza Hut with literally 1 pieces of pepperoni, 1 piece of mushroom and a pinch of cheese that can covers 1/8 of the pizza and when you return it you receive $20 less that the original purchase price.
collected 30 Nov request for refund on 5 Dec I arrange refund for you out for good will 1st you had check the item more than 10 Min during collection 2nd item as per description did you read before buying Real photo has been forward to you as well. 3rd you had collect the item more than 5 days & request for refund 4th During refund item I received with damage & I’m still will ing to refund you 80% is more then enough If you are not a sincere buyer or please don’t find trouble
