No deal was confirmed but we feel a need to feedback. Buyer prompted us with offer yet when payment details are given to her, no reply since then and only replied to on-hold when we asked again. Then pended for a full 6 days but when we asked for updates again, we were told to pass on this deal. Appreciative if she could be more sincere in offering n making deals as we have wasted time n other good opportunites for this deal.
