Claimed condition was 10/10 so i gave him the benefit of doubt but item was defected. He blamed me for negligence. It is not a written rule that you have to check on the spot, and I replied 5 hours later and it is not even days later. I wasn't even blaming him and was seeking confirmation on whether the album was defected due to shipping, but he decided to reply rudely and blaming it on me. Also, you should have asked me to check if you feel that your way of dealing is the proper one.

buyer claims we are playing ' our account is older game ' but buyer's account is actually older. So in the first place we do not even have the intention to play it. All buyers will definitely check their item on the spot, no matter it is carousell or is it a legit shop in a shopping mall. We did clarify that it was in perfect condition when it is on our hand. But for some reason after buyer reach home the box has some dents or so.
