Not someone pleasant to deal with. (referring to the seller husband) Just leave items on the floor. Show little sincerity. When asked if items are of same colour, didn't reply but told to check myself. Arrogant! Unhelpful!

Sold me a table marked as “like new” that was missing an important safety feature (knob to lock swivelling base to table top). Then mentions table was used for 16 months (old enough to break!). Agreed to refund cost of table and take it back but still cost me transport cost. Do not recommend dealing with him

Just post here to offer a full perspective. As mentioned, this table has been used for more than a year and we forgot this defect. It is solid material and we even didn’t see any scratch, so post it as “like new”. I admitted this defect and offered solution: 1 fix it on your side or 2 return the item. I bore the return cost. I don’t see why I should cover shipping cost, especially you bought other stuff from me together. I fixed it within 20min, then examined it carefully before re-post it.
