smooth transaction and buyer was prompt with replies!

buyer took quite long to decide on a collection date but overall transaction was pretty smooth.

Stay away from this "buyer"... He's only responsive when he's offering, but once you reserve for him, he goes silent for most part. He offered on 3 furniture items, never paid, and failed to show twice at appointed pickup date. Needless to say, he did not give heads up or apologies.. wasted an entire week of my time.

Buyer gave deposit for Rosewood furniture. On day to collect was delayed by rain so slightly late. I also didnt give clear instructions about my block (there was A,B, C but I left my postal code and unit number and thought that was enough )! Sorry about that. But he did show up (which was my main worry after reading some reviews)

Buyer asked me to reserve another item fir him. But on the day of collection. Didn’t collect, didn’t pay and didn’t explain why . This caused me to miss selling to another person

I understand there is bad weather but Buyer missed pick up time and did not inform or update. Tried to contact but very difficult to get through. Got through once amd say will call back after contacting movers but had not heard from since. No call no text. Not recommended to deal with.

Failed to arrange for collection for almost 2 weeks. Suggested dates that changed a few times. Offered to pay deposit but never. Read messages but never respond. Buyer seems extremely busy but it was an absolutely frustrating experience for us as we took leave to accommodate one of the proposed collection date/time.

The deal finally went through after changing the agreed pick up time for the fourth time. Be prepared as he is a very unresponsive buyer who doesn’t respond to messages. Quite frustrating dealing with this buyer however when he finally came to collect, it went through smoothly . Don’t recommend if you have a tight timeline
