Wonderful person to feel with. Highly recommended
Highly recommend! Seth is super experienced and knowledgeable around all things coffee. Who would have thought such passion exists outside Italy… My machine had a broken pump, perfectly diagnosed & repaired. Full clean up of the machine, servicing of all parts - and one of the best things: coffee tuition. Seth explained my machine to me, coffee and maintenance basics. Loved the experience!

Great communication
The Professor is really knowledgeable about espresso machines.. but still goes the extra mile to research on the slyvia to ensure all parts that needed a touch up or replacing was covered. The clean up after the servicing was also very extensive and leaves the machine almost the way it was when just out of the box. Really passionate guy about restoration and repairing of espresso machines.

Seth is very knowledgeable about espresso machines and coffee gear. On top of troubleshooting and fixing the machine, he also went above and beyond and taught me a lot of useful coffee knowledge, even guided me on where to get the tools to maintain my machine so I wouldn’t have the same issues again. Would definitely recommend his service to anyone who needs help with their espresso machines.
