She is saying that she received wrong item and she is blaming us even though the tracking details clearly showed the item being picked up and yet the proof of delivery showed only a conversation of her with the driver. And she gave me a review of 1 star without even informing me that what the rider gave her is a wrong item. It was the rider fault but the buyer blamed me.
