Buyer made an offer and confirmed she'll make payment by the weekend but failed to do so. Subsequently disappeared, after chasing her she replied and said she is no longer buying. Such dead buyers should not be allowed. Don't say you're confirming a payment and then disappearing

Bought the item on the 29 Jan.. Seller told me if I'm going to pay that day she will post it the same day, after a week no package, contacted the seller she said she actually post it 31 Jan!!! But it's coming two weeks now and still no sign of the package! I want my money back! I don't think the item was posted in the first place...local mail takes 3-4days the most... Not 2 weeks.
