Hide the fact that it was a hardware issue, the user/seller even attempted to solder the faulty keyboard component and it was unsuccessful. Seller insisted that it was a software issue. I contacted the china service center and they tried to rectify the issue only to succumb to being a hardware problem.

Reported this review, keyboard is working perfectly fine except for the rgb as listed. Buyer did not even discuss this with me and left this review. I have been nothing but honest in selling my stuff at huge losses.
