The item has many stains or odours. When I inform about the stains, the seller misguided how to remove the stains. the stains were from bleaches and the faded color can't be fixed any more.

The most unreasonable buyer I’ve met. She was very difficult over a top sold fairly cheaply for $5, which had minor stains visible in the photos featured. She did not check carefully and demanded a full refund, despite my offer of a 20% refund and my willingness to meet up to return the top and refund $5.
