No response after making offer

Ridiculous and not trustworthy buyer. Made offer and agreed to trade on a particular date in afternoon, then said change time slot to evening. Then said change to Sunday, keep saying working in a particular place. Later, said ok to send by post and but not willing to pay the postage fee,$7.5. In fact, I already give 30% off.And told me that her bank balance is only enough to pay the product.

Accepted her offer and fixed the meeting date. But then when I tried to confirm the time the day before, she never answers again, whether texts or phone calls. Advise buyers and sellers NOT to trade with this person 約好後忽然完全無左影，建議用家唔好同呢個人買賣
