Very friendly and fast in reply,fun dealing with seller

Was suppose to meet up buyer at 820pm yesterday (31 July) but at 8pm she message & apologies to me saying that she can't make it due to family issue. I'm already on my way and I specially go to the mrt station to meet her. Buyer say will do IB transfer instead and I suggest that I mail to her. She say OK and ask me for my account no. but buyer decide to go missing. Very irresponsible buyer.
