accepted offer and agreed to cod but seller bailed out without informing me because he have a better offer. don't recommend to deal as he deals in bad faith.

Hi, I understand your frustration , but this review leaves out important context. Yes, I initially agreed to COD, but before any meetup details or confirmation were finalized , another buyer completed payment first. Items are sold on first come, first served basis unless a deposit payment is made. Calling me dishonest over an unconfirmed COD arrangement is unfair , especially since COD does not guarantee a reservation.
