Item was posted late, had to keep asking for updates. It was mentioned that the parcel can be tracked but it isn’t a tracked mail. The item was packed in a paper envelope, it arrived torn and had to be repacked in a plastic bag by SingPost.

Feedbacks are meant to be fair and constructive, but just addressing some inaccuracies in yours. The reason for delayed posting was communicated to you, which you had expressed so much understanding. To clarify, the parcel was sent as tracked mail, and a photo of the tracking no. was shared with you. It’s disappointing to see this misrepresented. It’s beyond my control that the packaging didn’t hold up well during transit. Suggest you meet up irl for such delicate and large item in future.
