I had asked for a customized floral design and seller sketched a few designs for my confirmation on the spot. Seller sent a photo after the mask was completed which was a day or so and it was mailed thereafter. Fitting is good. Material is comfortable, soft and breathable but the ear loops were abit too stretched for comfort which seller informed she will send replacements.
