This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is untrue to description.

Seller sold defected item while saying it's brand new and No defects. I received it with the skin peeling off at the top and the skin at the bottom already come off. Tried to give solution to the seller but she just ignore and seen. I will mail it back to her and refund me $12, 2nd I told her partial refund at $6 she ignored both. Please be aware of her. The bag can't even be used now.

Bought 3 items from this seller, all were supposed to be in M sized as featured in her listings BUT one of them was actually an S sized. So the seller gave wrong info in her listing. I notified her and there was no reply. I asked for a refund and again, there was no reply even when seller was online. Ignorance is not bliss. Ignorance will warrant a bad review in this case.

Received item as described, thank you! But leaving a neutral review because seller underpaid postage and the package was only delivered by Singpost out of goodwill (see picture below). Reached out to seller via dm to inform her but did not receive any reply despite her being online. So I decided to put it here - please keep this in mind for your future deliveries. Thanks!
