Item lost in mail, tho no fault of seller coz is not reg mail but no pic or proof item was mailed and was item lb polymailer was reused for postage which was not allowed by singpost ... ☹️ Requested for photos of item posted but seller insisted it was raining and no pics, how can i even be sure item was really sent if you cannot send a pic of item packed ?

Buyer wanted me to take responsibility for her lost normal mail. I offer both meetups and registered mail as an option, which she did not want. Singpost does not disallow reuse of polymailers (I have checked the website). Buyer seized upon this fact to make an unfair accusation when I provided this as part of the item description for her to contact her local post office after I had already assisted to contact Singpost twice.
