Bag was listed as brand new but was sticky inside with visible signs of degradation. Bought another bag from the seller which was torn inside (also listed as brand new) Good thing is it is bought using carousel ‘buy’ button and refund process was smooth when this was reported to Carousel. Seller suspected that it might be due to handling by Ninja van which delivered the bag.

Ungrateful buyer. Due to either storage or postage which I can’t confirm, the goods were damaged. Once informed, I agreed to full refund, without asking the buyer for return shipping. I basically lost the goods, paid for postage, while costing the buyer nothing. The buyer still made a fuss. DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING LIKE ME
