The product I sold was exactly as described and buyer can attest to it. Prior to the offer being made, buyer only cared about negotiating for a lower price, nothing else. Yet after the transaction, he suddenly has so many things to comment. My take on this: ask and clarify before purchase. This will make the experience more pleasant for both parties.

i will take note. but i realised that you have sold a product that has been used and labelled it as new and told me thats its totally sealed? plastic on the product was removed and the performance was below when compared to a same new product. not only that, information on warranty was not stated in the description and phone number given was uncontactable. i wonder if you have been honest or was just trying to get rid of the product asap with lies.
