Definitely a patient and nice person to converse with but had failed to honor the deal we agreed n confirmed. As buyer found a better deal. Thankfully buyer informed me the decision but left me hanging thereafter. No apologies was made after decision not to honor their side of the bargain. Disappointing with the ending. At least an amicable parting would be nice.
