A bid is a commitment (as the item is now reserved). But he was show to 1st meeting. Cancelled 2nd meeting. Unable to find a time for the 3rd. Low initiative, very blasé. Due to very little follow-through a bit frustrating. I think we agreed it’s not worth both our time. I decided to cancel the trade because it wasn’t going anywhere.
