Buyer is very rude, uneducated and scolded the seller as a dog. Deal at your own risk. I do not have any responsibility to refund any buyer on lost normal mail. Also, the buyer did not ask for registered mail or any other express mail. I have my proof of delivery, also sent it to the buyer and I have done my job! Buyer also threatened me to refund him if not he will give me 1 star rating.
I paid for my item but never received it. I checked my mailbox every day for weeks, yet nothing arrived. When I contacted the seller politely, I was first ignored and later dismissed with rude replies. The only ‘proof of delivery’ given was a picture of my item before mailing—this does not confirm it was sent or delivered. Instead of helping, the seller accused me and refused any responsibility. I lost my money and received nothing.
The buyer and I had a clear agreement that the bike had a free gear. Despite this, about an hour after the deal, the buyer went to a random shop, paid $10 to flip the gear, and then asked me to cover the cost. When I refused, he left me a 2-star rating. I was honest about the item from the start and we were fine with the free gear, and I should not be held responsible for it.

rly shitty buyer, im fine with buyers who cancels their deal even if last minute but im not okay with buyers who lie their way through saying something wrong with their card, and ended up buying from other sellers lolol
The seller did not have a Mastercard linked to their Carousell account, meaning I couldn’t make a direct purchase. They only accepted PayNow, which I don’t use. Given this inconvenience, I simply chose to buy from another seller who accepted my preferred payment method. If someone is selling a large number of Valorant accounts, they should at least provide a basic Mastercard payment option for smoother transactions.
