Very responsive and responsible seller! They have so much experience and firstly advised us for the size and position very well at in-house estimation, customized the bed accordingly, accommodated tighter timelines and finally installed with perfection. They don’t mind responding after hour as well, which is extra points.

Annie was absolutely great at getting the loft bed made for my helper's room! The space is so tiny but she customised it perfectly to size and even made the front railings higher so that I could accommodate a thicker mattress. There's plenty of room under the bed to store a small IKEA cupboard and some drawers for more storage space. Assembly was perfect. No issues at all.

The bed is stable, and the dimension is all as per aligned. I totally recommend it those who need a loft bed. However, just a recommendation that, if possible, try to make the bed lower if you have the space, still too near the ceiling after adding the bed.
