The case were in good conditions when I sold it to you.The item was unused- it was damaged by you afterwards. When you asked me to give you the receipt, I told you that I could not find it, may be discarded it already. It wasn’t my fault.If Apple didn’t assist you when you try to asked for compensation, that has nothing to do with me. )
