Don’t waste time dealing or negotiating with him. This guy cancelled the deal after confirming everything and after i bought the phone out to meet him. His school’s chef help him to purchase the phone in the end.

he didnt show up at the location although he had confirmed the time and venue. waited an hour for him. he did not reply to my messages even though he had seen it. completely disrepectful of him to waste other people's time and for breaking the deal made.
