item was not exact to rlp provided, the seller admitted it herself but went mia when i requested for a refund as i paid and waited for the item in the rlp and not the one i received. though i read the t&c stated in her bio it stated no refunds, shouldn't a responsible and sensible seller have the courtesy to check with her supplier and refund as it wasn't the item their customer wanted? i felt so unhappy and utterly disappointed with the attitude of the seller as this is considered a lie.
