Connie was really friendly and easy to communicate with. She does recommend certain service according to what she think was needed for me however, no worries she does not push to sell her service. She was kind even though I was late as her place was rather hard to find (by walking). Do take the bus haha.

Saw results really quickly within 1-2 sessions. Hair got significantly finer and lesser. I signed on more sessions with them so that I can clear more hair. Process is not painful, you will just feel a small pinch (very bearable) at every shot. Connie is very nice, yes she will try to sell some of her products and other services but it's totally alright if you say no. Better than outside salons

After my 3rd facial session with connie, my acne on my face have reduce a lot and it is effective for me. At first i was scared to do facial as i have not done it before and i have lots of acne on my face, but now I'm actually quite happy with the results. I’ve been to this ipl for the 5th time. The beautician was friendly and kind. She has introduced me to the products that was needed and yet did not persuade me to buy. Hair reduction was apparent after the 2nd-3rd session. Underarm whitening result can be seen only after 1 session. Eyebrow trimming was great too. Overall, had a positive experience for all the different treatments I undergo.

Have been coming here for many times and have always received very good service. Just after 2 sessions, the hair follicles have become finer and thiner and they don't grow that fast anymore. Connie are well mannered and respect their customers. Would definitely recommended.

I just finished my third IPL session for facial hair, and i can already see the results now hair growth is so much lesser and finer, i also did facial treatment which improves my skin a lot better and brighter.
