cant provide the waybill that she “booked” herself. asked for the waybill/tracking number but was only told that the rider assured her it had already been shipped. while that may be enough assurance for her, as a buyer i also need assurance on my end. it’s been a week and no tracking details or proof of shipment were ever provided. will edit once settled
