HORRIBLE & IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER! Till this day hasn’t receive my item. She keep insisting she had given the parcel to the right person but unable to provide any descriptions of it. Upon checking with courier company, found out that parcel was not COLLECTED AT ALL. Had ask her for a refund but judging from her lack of empathy replies, I’ve decided to forgo it. I do not recommend dealing with her 👎🏼👎🏼

Very toxic, manipulative & deceptive person. At first she was really confident that her mom had given the parcel to the designated courier. Now she claimed her mom is old and can’t remember. Unable to provide any proof & expect buyer to trust her blindly. I didn’t received my item & choose to forgo the refund, what else do u want? Stop acting like you’re the victim. What comes around goes around.

Updates:I said my mum remembered the guy picking up the item but u're the one who asked me how the guy looked like & whether got take pic.u remember every courier guy who comes by ur place?u want such details,tell in advance.dun come make noise here when u cannot do it at qexpress ya.dont come & spread fake news & twist stories.not going to waste time entertaining people who think they're very big.super self-entitled liar.
