colour of item received was super different from the photo she took. but i don't blame her for this because i should have checked the colour on the kanken bag myself. she was late for 30 mins but she didnt apologise nor update where she was. she said condition of the bag was 9/10 but it looks extremely dirty and the condition is like 5/10. regret purchasing!
