Writing this review as politely, graciously & objectively as I possibly can - Generally, a nice chat. Polite. Simple though a bit of a challenge. Just note & be wary, is kinda fickle, might return item after a few hours. Will persist despite the no returm/refund policy. In the end, I obliged, received item back & refunded.
