seller didn't indicate a defect with the product; a cover was broken which rendered the item not waterproof, one of the main features of the product. but it was a good price!

Hi. Just to clarify, product had the cover attached when given. Had dropped when the buyer took ( likely by accident ) and hence, buyer thought cover was not there when I had given it to her. Upon some clarification, we realised that buyer must not have noticed when walking back that she had dropped it. Otherwise, buyer was pleasant and easy to communicate with
