Seller seems nice, polite & kind. But quite disappointed when I received the items.Bought 2 cashmere sweater for my kids and the quality is not very good. Itchy to the skin, fuzzy and very thick. I have few cashmere sweaters so I know the difference. Not sure if these sweaters are 100% cashmere or not coz there is no label etc. Used shaver for sweater, pls see photo to see how much fibers got cut

We offerred to you the options to return or exchange the items but you have rejected. Despite, we refunded $60 to you upon good will to improve the purchase experience, we understand the refund is received from our communication history.
