How nice to be someone who sells new lock than cannot be opened by its new lock? The conclusion is the item is not brand new as advertised. I told him I would prefer to meet at Upper Changi mrt station (the place he indicated to deal in ad) as I don’t drive. Didn’t turn on time and told me to meet at his place when I arrived. This seller has an integrity issue. Go to read my feedback at the seller page and deal at your own risk.
