last min take back his offer after rechecking photos then after explanation he reoffered and changed meeting time and informed that he did not bring wallet and asked to do pay now/paylah only after I accept his reoffer very bad experience comes across as insincere buyer. kept checking the bag in front of me comes across as he does not believe what I'm saying.

Apologies for taking back my initial offer. I checked again and noticed something in the photos. So, I cancelled and asked further questions. I met at the location specified to make things convenient for seller. But in my rush I forgot my wallet at home. To me it is normal to check the item before buying as they say: “buyer beware”. What is not normal is asking me to transfer $ BEFORE meet, and without accepting offer. Nothing is protecting me from seller running off with item.
