bought a "dress" that was manually cut by hand.. didn't mention it at all. neither that it was cut way too short to even be a considered a dress..

Hi there! I'm sorry you're unhappy with the dress but it was NOT "cut by hand". The tag was still attached and it was exactly how I purchased the dress. The style of it was to be jagged at the bottom. Please inbox me so we can make this right.
